Chapter 775 Just as she took a step, Howard cover from the side.

She then casually smiled and replied, “Eugene, your level of concern for Melanie makeswonder if the child in her belly is yours.” Still smiling lightly, she gently reminded him, “I don’t think Mr. and Mrs. Scott will accept that, right?” Eugene's steps paused slightly. Evelyn's craftiness was written all over her face.

He glanced at her with an abyss of coldness in his dark eyes. “You're thinking too much.” Evelyn raised a brow. She was about to give a satisfied smile when she heard Eugene add, “Also, we only have a working relationship between us. | really dislike unrelated people meddling in my personal affairs.”
