“Darling, why don’t we have a look at another store if we can’t find one here?” Marilyn suggested.

Brody shook his head. “There’s no point. this shop is the largest and most famous one here. If there

Leon glared at him. “I have my eye on this piece. There are a bunch of others you can choose from, and

this one was never in your plans at all! You only raised the price. because I made an offer! That’s

unreasonable in itself!”

“You’re damn right it is! I am being unreasonable. What are you going to do about it? You think you can

try to pretend to be richer than you look? I’m curious just how long you keep it up!”

“I’ll offer six hundred thousand!”

Brody smirked smugly, for he was the young owner of the Sullivan Enterprises! Leon would only be

overplaying his hand by trying to complete over which of them was richer!
