Chapter 93

Finley sneered at the provocative Tricia.

“Miss Keith, you hate me because I beat you in the last competition. Aren’t you a bit petty? If the others

know this, I think your name will become a trending tag tomorrow.” Finley reminded Tricia kindly.

Tricia should know where to stop.

“You know better than me who started this fight. Is there anyone around? This woman appears here

uninvited.” Tricia shouted to attract attention from others.

People gathered around and pointed at Finley.

The security guards in this hotel were professional. They appeared quickly and asked, “Miss Keith,

what’s going on?”

“This woman got no invitation but sneaked in. I don’t want this small potato to ruin the best banquet in

the city. You, how could you let her in to spoil the fun?”

Tricia was determined to embarrass Finley.

The security guards were prudent. They didn’t offend Finley for fear that she got invited.

“Miss Keith, please wait. We will double check”

“Come on! Can’t you see her guilty face? Nobody in the hall knows her. Doesn’t it prove that she

sneaked in?” Tricia was pushy.

Finley smiled. After Tricia finished her speech, Finley said, “Miss Keith, aren’t you afraid that I will sue

you for slander? You said that I got no invitation. Do you have any evidence? The receptionists got the

invitation cards, so why don’t we get those cards here?”

Finley couldn’t wait to see Tricia become a laughing stock.

“What if you have a backup plan?”

Finley smiled.

It seemed vain for Finley to explain.

Finley didn’t want to get entangled with Tricia anymore.

“What are you laughing at?”

Finley’s contemptuous smile irritated Tricia.

“I sit here and won’t go anywhere. Drive me out if you can prove that I came uninvited. I won’t believe

a word of the woman who cheated in an important competition.”

Finley turned the table with a few words.

The others nodded to show their agreement with Finley

They suspected that the aggressive Tricia tried to embarrass Finley out of jealousy and hatred

Tricia stomped her feet angrily and left with the hem of her skirt in her hands.

There was a burst of noise at the entrance

The attendees turned their attention to the entrance.

Bryan in a black suit looked like a cold King. He walked into the banquet hall with steady steps

He pursed his thin without a smile. He put one hand in his trouser pocket and walked casually
